COMPLIMENTARY COFFEE AT UKO RESIDENTS EVENT

First thing in the morning in front of UKO Residents, we surprised guests, local shop owners and residents in the area with a complimentary coffee, hot chocolate or chai latte. The early activation created an inviting start to the day, drawing in a steady flow of people keen to grab a drink before heading off to work or beginning their morning routines.

With the long weekend for Anzac Day approaching, the timing was perfect for a relaxed Friday atmosphere. Many residents took a moment to pause, chat and enjoy their drink, adding to a friendly, community-focused feel. It was particularly memorable to see some international guests enjoying their very first Australian coffee, having just arrived by taxi from the airport.

The coffee continued to flow through until 11:00am, with people stopping by while walking their dogs or passing through the area. The consistent foot traffic and positive feedback made it a standout morning, reinforcing the value of simple, thoughtful gestures. It was great to be part of the UKO Residents team event and contribute to such a welcoming and engaging experience.
