Today at York Education, we provided them with a flat pack decorative cart that transformed their student appreciation event into something truly special. This innovative solution meant they could enjoy quality coffee from a professional setup regardless of their lack of accessibility. The compact design allowed the setup to be transported effortlessly in the smallest lift or carried upstairs, making it perfect for their venue.
They utilised the coffee cart for a student appreciation event, with prospective students and student agents coming to view their courses and experience the campus atmosphere. The coffee and iced coffee were flowing non-stop for three hours, creating a welcoming and energetic environment that really enhanced the day.
Our professional barista served up consistently excellent beverages throughout the event, with the aromatic scent of freshly brewed coffee filling the space and drawing people in. The mobile cart became a natural gathering point where students could chat informally with staff and agents whilst enjoying their drinks.
With nearly 200 coffees served, the portable cart proved itself as an ideal solution for venues with limited access, demonstrating that excellent hospitality needn’t be compromised by logistical challenges.
