We are a family owned and run business and have been a landmark at Darling Harbour since the Harbourside Shopping Centre opened during the Bicentennial in 1988. Due to Harbourside’s major redevelopment, we closed our retail store in May 2022. While we no longer specialise in hand-made fudge and other unique confectionery, we continue to supply fresh, made to order fairy floss and supply a range of commercial quality party machines for hire. Coffee carts, fairy floss machines, popcorn machines, slushie machines, snow cone machines and hot dog steamers. We offer a reliable and professional service and supply party machines – DIY or with staff – for fetes, fairs, expos, movie nights, corporate events, weddings, parties, anything!
