The Fudge Shop is a family owned and run business, and has been a landmark at Darling Harbour since 1988.  We specialise in quality, hand-made fudge and unique confectionery – brittles, toffees, caramel turtles, caramel and toffee apples and fairy floss.  You can watch us make all our products by hand, on our premises, at Harbourside, Darling Harbour.  

We also specialise in machine hire for parties, fetes and fundraising -  fairy floss machines, popcorn machines, slushie machines, frozen cocktail machines and snow cone machines.  We offer very competitive prices, and friendly, reliable service!

We also supply toffee apples and fairy floss at wholesale prices.
